Servix is a digital marketplace that connects homeowners ("Customers") with domestic service providers ("Maids" or "Helpers"). Servix does not employ, supervise, or control any service provider, and is not a party to any service agreement between users. Servix provides the technology platform only.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Servix. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access most features of Servix, you must create an account. You agree to:
Servix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Service providers using Servix are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Servix. Servix makes no guarantee about the quality, suitability, or availability of any service provider listed on the platform.
Servix may request identity documents, photos, or other information to verify service providers. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any individual's character, background, or qualifications.
Service providers may be required to maintain an active subscription to remain visible on the platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Servix may charge subscription fees to service providers for access to the platform. All fees are stated in the app at time of purchase. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and refund policies apply.
Servix is not responsible for any payment disputes between Customers and service providers for services performed outside the platform.
Users retain ownership of content they post (photos, descriptions, messages). By posting content on Servix, you grant Servix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Servix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Servix does not warrant that:
Use of Servix is at your own risk. Servix is not liable for any harm arising from services performed by independent service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Servix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Servix shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Servix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@servix.world.
Servix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
